Arcem is a Nordic data center development company built on deep real estate expertise. We develop large-scale digital infrastructure projects by combining disciplined real estate development with a clear understanding of power, permitting, and long-term operational requirements.

Who we work with
Data centers form part of the same infrastructure layer as power generation, transport, and telecommunications. They enable hospitals, financial systems, public services, AI, and cloud operations. Concerns often relate to energy use, local benefit, or environmental impact, yet grid capacity is never diverted from households—projects proceed only where approved capacity exists or is reinforced.
